Our Lettings Department opened in Falmouth in January 2011 and quickly gathered momentum.

With the growth of this very successful department, a new bespoke office has been opened at St Mary's House, Commercial Road, Penryn, TR10 8AG combining the whole lettings team in one attractive and welcoming office space. The lettings team can be contacted on 01326 331812.

Our lettings agency is run and managed by one of our directors, Sophie Lang LL.B MARLA, a recognisable face in the Falmouth lettings industry. After obtaining her law degree she initially worked in a local lettings agency and later on for a large corporate agency. This background brings an abundance of experience in the field and dealing with all types of property.

Sophie works alongside Lettings Manager Rhiannon Fraser MARLA, and the team consists of Senior Listings Negotiators Emma White and Millie Campbell and Negotiator Liam Richards.

The maintenance team is headed up by Dave Adams, HMO & Compliance Manager Charlotte Rayner MARLA and Maintenance Coordinators Jason White, Kathy McGougan, Robyn Colton & Tanya Edwards all of whom bring a wealth of experience and skills to the team to create an inviting and professional working environment. The team are supported by Hayley Craven.
