Here you will find one of the most up-to-date property websites available. All our property details include room descriptions, internal and external colour digital photographs, floor plans and virtual DVD tours. We also provide street view maps so visitors can check out the immediate vicinity.

We also display our properties on Rightmove which is by far the most popular property website along with an additional 9 property websites including Find a Property.com, Globrix and Primelocation. This enables us to provide local, regional, national and international coverage of your property.

Advertising

We advertise all properties within the West Briton and Packet newspapers. Each property is featured on a rolling wide screen display in our window and a sales brochure will be placed within our internal display. Each property is matched to the right audience ensuring we achieve the best possible price for  your  home.

New High street office

We believe we have the best positioned office within the area. It has been totally refurbished in a bright, contemporary style over two floors with incredible views over Falmouth's bustling Harbour.

Clients can relax upstairs in our bespoke viewing suite and enjoy a coffee whilst browsing through virtual tours of properties on our wide screen display. It gives a much clearer picture of the attributes of each property as well as the near vicinity. Prospective purchasers can then make a more informed choice of which properties to view, avoiding disappointment and wasting any unnecessary time!

Our properties are also featured on our widescreen, digital display monitor as well as internally on the wall displays within our refreshing ground floor reception area.

Sales Brochures/DVD tours

All our sales brochures are digitally printed in full colour A4 or A3 format on quality hard card with either a matt or gloss finish. 

We also produce a 'virtual tour' of each property which can be viewed in the comfort of our first floor viewing suite. It certainly gives a more lifelike impression! This can save the prospective vendor and purchasers valuable time and hours of wasted "carpet treading!"

Viewings

We will always offer to accompany viewings. It is often better if the vendor leaves it totally to us. The prospective purchaser can relax and say what they are really thinking! Of course if you prefer to be there too.........that's no problem!

Feedback and communication.

We firmly believe communication is the key to giving the very best service so at Lewis Haughton Wills you can expect feedback from viewings within 24/48 hours. Every four weeks we will give each of our vendors a comprehensive marketing update and a review on planning for continued marketing.

Sales Progression

We will identify the position, financial status and full chain details of a prospective purchaser prior to putting an offer forward and instructing solicitors. We will provide you with weekly (sometimes more often!) updates of how your sale is progressing by liaising with the solicitors, mortgage advisors and purchasers.

We always advise on keeping a property on the market until at least the survey has taken place to provide us with a list of back up purchasers.
