We advertise all properties within the Cornwall Property paper and Packet newspapers. Each property is featured on a rolling wide screen display in our window and a sales brochure will be placed within our internal display. Each property is matched to the right audience ensuring we achieve the best possible price for your home.

We believe we have the best positioned office within the area. It has been totally refurbished in a bright, contemporary style over two floors with incredible views over Falmouth's bustling Harbour.
Clients can relax upstairs in our bespoke viewing suite and enjoy a coffee whilst browsing through virtual tours of properties on our wide screen display. It gives a much clearer picture of the attributes of each property as well as the near vicinity. Viewings

Feedback and communication.

Sales Progression
We will identify the position, financial status and full chain details of a prospective purchaser prior to putting an offer forward and instructing solicitors. We will provide you with weekly (sometimes more often!) updates of how your sale is progressing by liaising with the solicitors, mortgage advisors and purchasers.
We always advise on keeping a property on the market until at least the survey has taken place to provide us with a list of back up purchasers.
