MARK LEWIS - Director/Business Owner

I have lived in and loved Cornwall most of my life and now have the pleasure of being married to a Falmouth girl and bringing my son up in this beautiful county. I was Educated at Truro school and Warwick university. Having previously worked for 25 years in corporate estate agency I have gained a comprehensive knowledge of both residential and commercial properties. I am now using my skills to provide a service with integrity and a personal touch to my clients.

I am driven by a passion to provide a good old fashioned estate agency service where the emphasis is on the client and "going the extra mile" to ensure the smoothest possible move. For me there is no greater satisfaction than seeing my clients move on and handing them the keys to their dream home.


PAULA HAUGHTON - Director/Business Owner

I moved to Cornwall in 1987, initially coming to Falmouth for a short holiday. I fell in love with the County and decided not to leave! I have a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of properties in and around Falmouth. I started my career in 1989 with Peter De Savary dealing with the prestigious waterside properties at Port Pendennis. I went on to work for a large corporate agency, starting as an assistant negotiator, rising into management. Consistently for the last 25 years I have proven myself to be among the top performing estate agents in the South West.

GARETH WILLS - Director/Business Owner

I was born and raised in Mylor and still choose to live in this beautiful thriving village. I attended Mylor and Penryn Schools, studied at Truro College and then spent three years travelling the world before coming home to my beloved Cornwall. I have worked within Estate Agency for approaching 15 years, initially starting as a trainee in Penryn and Falmouth for a large corporate agent. I progressed through the ranks and was promoted to Assistant Manager in a large successful sales office.

My enthusiasm for providing market valuations and selling houses has been key to my success. I have now transferred my skills to our Truro office and will continue to provide a high standard of service to our clients. I have extensive business and personal experience in all aspects of development from concept to final property sale for both our clients and through my own development company.


SOPHIE LANG - Director of Lettings and Property Management

I have lived in Cornwall for over 18 years, obtaining my education from Falmouth and Penryn Colleges; I then went on to obtain my law degree.

I previously worked for a well-known independent letting firm within Falmouth and then went onto to work for a large corporate lettings company where I gained an enviable reputation for my ability to successfully let properties.

I have brought my considerable experience of lettings backed by my legal and professional knowledge, and a true aptitude for the highest level of customer service to my role as Director of Lettings and Property Management at Lewis Haughton Wills.


LYNN RICHARDS - Director

I thoroughly enjoy working in this exciting and changing industry, and have almost 30 years' experience in the local property market working from a small independent to a large corporate agent. I progressed in estate agency starting from an administrator to a sales/listing negotiator and further on in my career, a successful Branch Manager of a local corporate office. I am a local girl, born and raised in Penryn. After having a family I decided to combine my estate agency expertise and administrative knowledge of the industry and worked as an administrator for a large successful sales office in the local area.

TAMSIN FOULKES - Sales Negotiator

I am from the local area attending school and college in Truro. I studied business at Southbank University before working in hospitality management in Stratford where I gained extensive customer service knowledge and experience. I ran my own restaurant in Mallorca for a number of years before returning home to Cornwall to live with my husband.

I bring my wealth of customer service knowledge and experience to my role in estate agency and have thoroughly enjoyed my first 3 years at Lewis Haughton Wills!


LIZ KEVERN - Senior Negotiator

Born in Cornwall, my grandfather and uncle worked in the mines of South Crofty and Wheal Jane. Growing up in the village of Lanner, I began my career in 1989 for a corporate company in Redruth, I quickly progressed my role from secretary at 17, to negotiator. At the tender age of 23 I managed my own Branch in Helston, where I enjoyed many years covering the Lizard Peninsula and even venturing towards Penzance.

In 2001, I decided to make the move to Falmouth and quickly discovered the beauty, diversity and complexity of the property and people!

Having continuously worked in the area, I was delighted to be invited to join the experienced and professional members of Lewis Haughton Wills and am pleased to say we are all working towards giving our clients the best service possible as we know that your own everyday life can be stressful enough!


ROBERT TIMBURY - Senior Listing Negotiator

Being born and brought up in Cornwall I attended Newquay Tretherras School and upon leaving embarked on a five year career working for the NHS.

I commenced my estate agency career in 1989 working for agents in both Perranporth and Camborne before joining a large corporate agent covering the St Austell area in 1994. I successfully managed the branch for seventeen years gaining a wealth of experience ensuring I always gave the best possible customer service and advice to both home owners and purchasers.

During this time my wife and I have been fortunate to raise our twin daughters in our wonderful county. Outside of work I play badminton for a club in Penryn, swimming as well as getting out as often as I can to appreciate our county, whether it is a coastal or rural ramble or kayaking the creeks and coast line.

I am delighted to be now working for Lewis Haughton Wills in Falmouth and looking forward to utilising my many years experience within the industry advising both home owners about the sale of their property or purchasers looking to find their ideal home within the Falmouth area.


KATHY MCGOUGAN - Office Administrator

I grew up in Cornwall and attended Falmouth School. On leaving school I was keen to work within an office environment and trained with the legal and hotel industries. When raising my two children I became a Support Worker within the Care Industry in the local area. I also regularly volunteer at my local rugby club. I was keen to get back into the clerical environment, and have always had an interest in property, so was pleased to join the Lewis Haughton Wills team as an Assistant Administrator.

FALMOUTH LETTINGS


RHIANNON FRASER - Lettings Branch Manager

Originally from Wales, I moved to Cornwall in 2000. I have worked in a variety of industries and was previously the manager of a local award winning park home and holiday park for 10 years, gaining experience in residential sales, marketing, customer service, property maintenance and holiday lettings.

I joined LHW in the summer of 2012 initially with the sales team, then later transferring to the faster paced lettings team. I thoroughly enjoy my role within a dynamic, forward thinking team, each day presents a new challenge and I look forward to the lettings department further developing and expanding.


EMMA WHITE - Senior Lettings Negotiator

I have lived in Falmouth all my life, attended local schooling and feel that Falmouth is one of the best areas of the UK. I studied Travel and Tourism at Cornwall College, obtaining a City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma.

I joined Lewis Haughton Wills team as a Lettings Administrator under the Apprenticeship Scheme. I have now gained my NVQ and Diploma and am now a full time member of Lewis Haughton Wills lettings team..


NICOLE STOCK - Lettings Negotiator - Maintenance Coordinator

My family moved to Cornwall from Bedfordshire when I was small and I thank them every day as Cornwall was certainly the best place to grow up. Since leaving education I've lived, worked and travelled in many places, but I've always found my way home to Falmouth.

I love to be kept busy and thrive on fast paced environments and taking on new challenges. I'm really looking forward to working at Lewis Haughton Wills and transferring my vast experience in Administration, Customer Service and Hospitality Management to my new role within the Lettings Team.


JASON WHITE - Property Maintenance Manager

I moved to Falmouth as a small child and grew up and lived here until moving away when I joined the Royal Navy, where I served as a Submariner. I then moved into the world of telecommunications and worked on several nationwide contracts, but as soon as an opportunity arose to work back in Falmouth I jumped at it.

I am brand new to the Lettings team but love the fast pace, ever changing challenge of working with the maintenance team within Lewis Haughton Wills.


JACK BOLITHO - Lettings Negotiator

I was born and raised in Falmouth, stemming from a large, old, Cornish family. I studied at Falmouth school from which I then went on to complete a hospitality supervision course from Cornwall College.

I worked for many years within the hotel industry which has been essential in providing me with the skills to deliver excellent customer care and service.

I was offered the opportunity of an interview by a company director whilst they dined in a local restaurant I was working in, once offered the job I couldn't wait to start.

I am thoroughly enjoying the job and am looking forward to a bright future in a vibrant company at Lewis Haughton Wills.


DAVID ADAMS - MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR

Born and raised in Derby I moved to Cornwall 11 years ago to run a catering business with my family in Penryn. I fell in love with Cornwall straight away and can’t imagine a better place to live. I love the vibrancy of the area and enjoy exploring the coast paths and beaches in and around Cornwall.

I recently joined the LHW team as a Maintenance Co-ordinator within the lettings team. It's a varied and dynamic role that brings out the best of the skills I have to offer. I relish the challenges the role brings knowing that no two days will be the same.


Gem Blight - Lettings Administrator

As somebody who moved to Falmouth at the end of my schooling, I immediately fell in love with life by the sea! As a fully qualified post-16 teacher and a history in retail management, I was extremely excited to be given an opportunity to put all of the skills that I have learnt and developed over the years to some great use in a job which I enjoy.
As a highly sociable person, I thoroughly enjoy forming positive relationships with our clients and contractors; along with the challenge of the unpredictability and uniqueness that each day brings.

TRURO SALES


AARON HILL - Sales Manager

I was born in Truro, raised and educated in Redruth attending Redruth School and Duchy College. I am the father of two children and also a keen sportsman having represented my county in both football and cricket.

I have been involved in local Estate Agency for the past 12 years working extensively for a large corporate agency where I worked my way up from Junior negotiator into Management, consistently achieving the highest performance levels within the industry.

I am passionate about providing a high quality Estate Agency service, my enthusiasm for honest advice has been the key to my success in all disciplines.

I am excited and indeed honoured to be appointed as manager within our fabulous Truro office and look forward to welcoming and helping new clients with all their property requirements.


NATHAN BENNET-GLEW - Sales Negotiator

I was born in the Midlands and moved to the beautiful county of Cornwall back in 2003. I studied at St Austell College before going to the University College of St Mark and St John and undertook a Coaching and Physical Education degree. I now live with my fiance Jess in St Austell. Outside of work I have a very strong interest in sport and have been heavily involved with local football and cricket teams.

I have worked in Estate agency now for a number of years and bring in a wealth of experience having sold many properties in both the Truro and Falmouth market. I am passionate about selling property and strongly believe in providing the best possible customer service to my clients throughout the whole sales process. I am excited to have joined such a vibrant enthusiastic company in Lewis Haughton Wills and look forward to building new relationships and helping many more buyers and sellers find their perfect new home.


LYNN ELSON - Senior Administrator

I have lived in Falmouth for over 19 years moving to the area with my young family to live by the sea. I saw my family grow in the area and fast found Falmouth to become home.

Over the years I have started and managed my own small business which I ran for 10 years, I then worked for Cornwall Council running the Falmouth Adult Education Centre as well as teaching young adults at evening and weekend classes.

I bring considerable experience in administration and customer service from my own business and from dealing with the public in my Cornwall Council role. I look forward to contributing to Lewis Haughton Wills and becoming part of this exciting team.


Nichola Gaunt - Office Administrator

I am a born and bred ‘proper’ Cornish girl and am extremely proud of my pasty roots and how friendly we are in Cornwall. I can think of no better place to live with my husband and raise our two boys whilst appreciating Cornwall’s finest beaches and woodland walks.

I was educated at The Roseland Community College and studied at Truro College where I obtained NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration. I have worked in Estate Agency for 8 years and before this worked in law, mainly conveyancing and litigation. I previously worked for a large corporate agency but moved to this ever growing independent agency so I can now fully focus on providing nothing more than a first class service to customers.

TRURO LETTINGS


KIRSTIE WATERFIELD - Lettings Branch Manager

I am from the local area and have lived in Cornwall for most of my life, spending a few years in London learning the financial markets. I attended school and college in Truro where I achieved an RSA secretarial diploma.

I have previously worked for a well-known corporate estate agency in Falmouth and surrounding areas and have gained considerable property knowledge. I started as a trainee negotiator and worked hard to understand the local market and soon progressed to a listing negotiator.

I consider myself to be a highly motivated and enthusiastic person and a desire to succeed within the work place. I am very much relishing my role as Letting Manager in our successful and expanding City Centre office in Truro.


MILLIE CAMPBELL - Lettings Negotiator

I was born and raised in the beautiful town of Falmouth and have a great knowledge of what Cornwall has to offer, be it within well-known towns or rare quaint villages. I attended Falmouth secondary school and studied A Levels in Geography, Sociology, Media and English at Truro College. I joined the thriving Lewis Haughton Wills city branch as a sales/lettings administrator through the apprenticeship team, in order to be able to learn and work at the same time. I'm extremely looking forward to bringing my own personality and style to the team and I'm excited to be a part of this agile, friendly and ever expanding company.


CHARLOTTE RAYNER - Property Maintenance Co-Ordinator

I am originally from Essex and moved down to study at the University of Exeter based at Tremough campus in 2011. Once I had finished my degree, I decided to make Penryn my home as I had fallen in love with the area and pace of life.

I have a variety of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service and administration which will allow me to quickly adapt to this warm, friendly and expanding estate agents.

I am really excited becoming part of Lewis Haughton Wills and look forward to learning about the industry and the challenges this new role will bring.
